Refund policy

As every bag is made to order, refunds and exchanges have a real impact on us, so please consider carefully before you purchase.

If you want to check on colour, I'm happy to send more images/videos or you can come see them in person near Clapham South. Please email contacthollyrice@gmail.com

We do not accept returns on any sales items, preloved items or custom orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order and receive a full refund (excluding Shipping).

We do not accept returns after 30 days

 

Return Eligibility

The above is subject to the below terms:

• All items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and including dust bag.

• Returns will not be accepted if they show any signs of wear, including but not limited to makeup residue, stains, odours or evidence of washing.

• Bespoke bags are non refundable.

• Items bought at a discounted price are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email contacthollyrice@gmail.com with the subject line 'RETURN'.

• Include your name and order number within the email.

• Provide the reason for your return.

• Once we have received your email, we will get back to you within 2 – 3 business days.

• Return address: Holly Rice, Ground floor flat, 55 Dagnan Road, London, SW12 9LH. Ensure you include your name and order number inside the box.

 

Return Shipping

Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.

 

Quality Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your item does not meet the return criteria we will notify you via email and will automatically return the product back to you.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of products outside of the UK. Please return your item to us for store credit and place a new order.
